"I’ve been in my new house for two years now, and had two plumbing issues of which this one in particular was a surprise as I found out Tuesday morning with the puddle in my basement. Wednesday, I got a call from Steve, he was in route to my house, arriving roughly 10 minutes later. I explained the problem as we walked down to the basement and then from that point, it’s all professional skill from an engineer who knows his trade very well. Steve ascertained the problem, walked me through the problem and solution and told me exactly how long It would take to complete. He also gave me a bit of education on the plumbing at my house (this I really appreciated). Roughly 15 minutes later, job complete, Steve was done. I was like wow, that was quick. "Had an emergency sewer issue on a Saturday afternoon, called Steve and he was out that same afternoon to rod and camera the sewer line which showed a rubber fitting had come off. His crew, Chris and Bill came out. Very professional! They had the clogged cleared in no time. Ran the camera down the sewer line to make sure pipes were good. Which they were. Clean up!
