"I went in for an alignment check figuring that I needed an alignment done on my SUV. I've used Roger's in the past with my previous car, Civic. I trust Roger's with my car. Feb.2018, I had an issue with my caliper failing on my 2012 Dodge Journey. It caused A LOT of break dust on my rim. As soon as I walked in for my appt, one of the guys noticed the break dust and asked me how long it was like that. I told him the issue & situation. He said he'd see what they could do to clean that up. I am VERY pleased with how they took it upon themselves without me asking to see if they could do anything about it. Whatever they did was amazing as it looked SO much better than what it did when I brought it in for service. They truly care about their customers! With a little elbow grease and some paper towels this morning I was able to clean it up even more and it's much closer to being back to normal thanks to whatever Rogers did to help clean it up."
