"VERY unprofessional. The lady on the phone said that the master will be available after 2 hours and I drove 50 miles there. After arriving on the counter the big guy with glasses said that the minimum waiting time is 12 hours. Very disappointed."

"This place is in right spot. 25 bucks to park. Really ain't that bad with all the parking here. Lot better then getting hit at loves or citgo. Plus spend 25 in store or dinner place it free parking. Plus at 11 pm. Sure you find a spot. Can't be mad at that. Just not sure if over size loads can fit due to wall pattern they have sent up for paid parking"

"OWNER OPERATORS PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AND COMPANY DRIVERS WE LOST OUR REFRIGERATOR LOAD AND COSTUMER AND PAID DEDUCTIBLE FOR THE LOAD $2500 I WENT THERE JUST TO CHANGE OIL AND FUEL FILTERS MECHANIC GUY COULD NOT TAKE easily filters HE TRIED SCREW WITH SOME IRON JUST FILTER and finally HE BROKE FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY THEN THEY ORDERED TRIED TO GET FIXED IT TOOK THREE DAYS AFTER I WASN’t sure that he fixed it correctly and went to another TRUCK SERVICE shop to check it AND HAPPY THAT I CHECKED BECAUSE THE GUY DID NOT SCREWED ALL BOLTS AFTER HE CHANGED I SPENT THERE MY NERVES and AFTER THAT THEY EVEN DID CHARGE ME FOR ALL PRICE YOU CAN SEE PICTURES VERY bad SERVICE NEVER EVER WILL COME BACK TO TA SERVICE, SITE MANAGER IS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH COSTUMER NO WORDS ABOUT RESPECT I DONT KNOW HOW HE BECAME A MANAGER THEY WILL NOT COMPENSATE ALL YOUR TIME FURTHER HE CHARGED FOR ALL COST ALMOST $600 FOR OIL CHANGE MY DRIVER WAS WITHOUT LOAD FOR THREE DAYS WITHOUT FOOD AND OUR COMPANY WILL PAY HIM"

"I got the oil change service for my cascadia dd15 today. First time getting the oil change done in a TA. Quite messy job for $450. My engine is all over oil right now. They didn’t even want to help me to solve the problem. I told them that I am not happy with the service that I got. The only thing that they offered was giving 20% off for my next service. I rather not to come back here again."

The pleasant prairie scale offers two catwalk inspection bays second to no repair facility in the nation. These law enforcement officers will find an inspection item out of place you best believe that. When they do you will find a list of several expert maintenance and tire repair services to get you back on the road. Luckily the expert employees at TA were available to get me back on the road. 10 stars for that. The price of the tire, Bridgestone 255-70-22.5 was standard the tire installed was roughly $760. Not bad like I said. While waiting I was able to cancel my Wisconsin pick-ups and going to steer completely clear of the state in the morning. Until we meet again."
