"I went in to get my headlights replaced and I was told they couldn’t replace the headlights of my truck because of the make and model. It’s a GMC Truck and they’re a Auto Center that can’t replace head lights. I wouldn’t advise anyone let them work on their vehicle if they can’t replace headlights."
"Took an hour and a half my appointment was at 5, they did my OIL CHANGE. Simple right? I provided my own CORRECT filter and after I left and drove about an hour I get an alert saying LOW OIL PRESSURE. I look under my car oil is leaked everywhere. I had to have it towed I love all the way in Wisconsin, and I was not happy. I called and the lady says you must have brought the wrong filter! But bring it back here we can watch the videos and see if it’s something we did. I said IF?? You guys did do this. Turns out THEY NEVER PUT MY O RING BACK ON MY FILTER and I now need to pay over 700 and buy a whole new undercarriage protector for my car."

"Went the day before to get a quote and came the next day to get tires replaced. The tires that I was quoted to be in stock, wasn't. I accepted getting the next model tires for the previous brand. When I was advised that my car was ready, I was also advised that they were giving me my tires at the previously quoted tire price which was over $100 under the new tires price."
"Two days in a row they couldn't change my tires because because the "lug nuts where spinning", Broke one of my lug stud but the other lug nuts I get home and took them out with no problem they just have the wrong people working there. Have so much to say but like always Wal-Mart is not going to do anything about their employees."
