Dr. Benjamin Gonzalez MD is a family medicine healthcare institution located at 9398 Viscount Boulevard in El Paso, Texas. With over 40 years of experience, our dedicated team at Family Medicine Associates is committed to maintaining and improving our patients' quality of life through the best possible health and hearing care. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm by appointment only.
Founded in 1983, Family Medicine Associates of El Paso continues the legacy of Dr. Rogelio Gonzalez, and we are honored to carry on his work. Though he may be gone, his spirit lives on in the care we provide to our patients. We are grateful to all of his former patients who have chosen to remain with us.

"When I had a problem with a radiology referral mixup the office manager listened to me and solved the problem. The office keeps me apprised of all of my test results and refer me to specialists. NP Ms Valencia is very knowledgeable. I had only spoken to her over the phone when she called to give me some results."

"After having a not so good experience with one of the Np's on my 1st visit to this office, the office manager, Lydia was a very understanding, professional and kind person. She treated me with compassion and listened to what i had to say and assessed the situation. However, she could not help with the situationrigh, she spoke to me with dignity and respect. When I went back about a week later and saw Dr Gonzalez ( whom i could write a whole book on... my next review) Lydia remembered me and welcomed me back! She is truly an asset to this office!! "It's been a few months since I've been there. My company changed insurance carriers and I was told that they do not accept the new insurance and I have been trying to find an other doctor. The doctor and is Great ,but his office staff refused my information and hung up on me. I have coworker who is currently going there and has the same insurance I was inquiring about. I guess I know who runs his business. Hopefully he does not lose more patients do to his office staff."
"Dr Benjamin Gonzalez is a great PCP! I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a smart and caring doctor that listens….. sometimes the front desk girls can be a little rude but everyone has bad days I suppose… other then that everything else is perfect.. just make sure you see dr Gonzalez and nobody else… might be a long wait but it’s worth it."
