"Absolutely dreadful experience with Luxury Paws. The groomer arrived and immediately stated she had no experience with doodles, yet proceeded to declare our dog had too many tangles and refused to touch him. Unprofessional and unacceptable service. Avoid at all costs. Furthermore, our dog shakes in fear every time he sees the Luxury Paws team, a clear indication of the trauma caused by their unprofessionalism and lack of expertise. Avoid subjecting your furry friend to such distressing experiences."
"We are very happy with Luxury Paws TGP! It’s nice to have a great mobile groomer that makes it out to Buda. The groomers are all friendly. Jenny in particular is awesome and you can tell she loves dogs. We think for the mobile aspect and the services offered, the price is very good. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them to groom our little Romeo."
"This grooming place is so bad I DONT recommend it. My dogs are Bichon Frise and they are very delicate dogs. The groomer asked me what type of haircut I wanted and I wanted a teddy bear cut and she didn’t even listen to me. She brought them back completely shaved down to the point I can feel their skin. The groomer didn’t even bother asking me if that’s okay with shaving them she decided either way. I barely even recognize my dogs. If you can’t do it then don’t do it and communicate with the owner.
