"We tried several different groomers in town and West End has been the best by far. Everyone who works there is the kindest friendliest and most genuine person you'll ever meet, and they very clearly love and care for all their furry clientele. Their work is top notch and they're great to work with. Our two dogs (one wheaten terrier, one wheaten/poodle mix) LOVE their groomer visits and are always SO excited to see everyone here. And the care and haircuts my sweet boys get are perfect every time. The folks here also do a great job managing my dog who is other-dog-reactive and they do a beautiful job keeping him (and the other dogs) safe and calm. We've been using them for probably three years now and couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend West End!"
"I’ve been taking my husky/shepherd to West End for 10 years (!!!). He always looks and feels great when we leave. The staff have been so kind to us, especially as my bud’s gotten older. Best place in Austin IMO. Highly recommend."
