"The first and, in fact, the last time I took my dog for grooming, I was dissatisfied with the service. The groomer, whose name I forgot, inquired about payment and a tip before showing us our dog. We assumed it was to expedite the checkout process. However, upon seeing our dog, we noticed the grooming quality was subpar, with a section on the dog's head noticeably uneven. It became apparent that she charged us upfront to secure her tip."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The groomer had an attitude towards me the whole time. The price for the cut I got for my dog was extremely high. I got one length on my whole dog so matting wouldn’t have been an issue. The quality and consistency of the cut was bad. I wouldn’t go back."
