"Loved visiting this salon! Plenty of parking and the facility itself was VERY clean. The layout for the groomers and the client pups was thoughtful in design and execution. The stylist groomers I met were on their game. I found them to be well trained, professional, smart, relaxed, well intentioned, respectful of humans and canines, and in control of their stations, as well as the broader environment for the best possible experience for each individual dog. I overheard and observed an interaction between the owner and one groomer regarding a CPR/first aid class that was to be conducted the following day (Sunday) on-site at the salon, to be given to students by the owner. The content of the conversation itself and the care expressed between the owner and her staff member reflected great care for the good of all canines inside and outside the salon, as well as for the students to have a solid learning experience the following day. Simple things, perhaps, yet each little detail all added up to the greater sense of good, allowing professionals to properly conduct themselves in taking care of their clients (both the 2-legged variety and the 4-legged) in a pleading environment. Outcomes, my gentle reader could be pondering? What comes in the door is positively transformed walking (or held) out the door. Divine is what I have seen firsthand!"

"Jade at Austin Pet Stylist was the very first person/place that my dog, Ghost, ever went to get groomed. He is a stellar dog at the groomer because they gave him a great experience for years. I would still be going to them if I had not moved, but I wanted to come here and thank them for all of the years they spent working on his husky-thick coat. He looked beautiful every single time and came back a happy boy. I know he has always been chatty and I can’t think them enough for putting up with that. I owe everything to the care and dedication they put into working with him."
