"Jennifer was absolutely amazing with our pups. We have 3 big dogs so they aren’t an easy bunch. She went above and beyond the entire time to make sure they were kept busy, felt loved, and were well taken care of. The consistent and clear communication she maintained allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation, knowing our pups were well taken care of. One of our dogs is an escape artist, and we felt truly safe leaving our dogs with Jennifer. Even prior to us leaving she was great with communication and came to meet the pups to make sure they were comfortable with her being in the house without us. We LOVE her and would recommend her without hesitation. Our dogs definitely miss her already!"

"This is by far the best place to leave our dogs. We have one senior dog and one 6 yr old. We were original B&B customers and the transition to the new owners has been seamless. Our dogs get so excited when we pull into the place. We get pictures messaged to us throughout their stay so we can see how they’re doing. All feeding instructions are followed, even their bedtime snack! I’ve never had to worry about leaving them. They are well taken care of and come home so tired from all the fun they had."

"We rescued a dog about a year ago, who was a little rough around the edges and we weren't sure how he'd do in a boarding setting. So finding a spot where he felt understood and where we felt comfortable leaving him was very important. I love that they started him with a smaller group play for a couple of days and then slowly increased how many dogs he was around. The staff is exceptional and provided him and his brother with so much attention, love and care. My dogs are literally pulling me to get inside JGO's every time I come here. Our rescue pup typically gets anxious at most boarding places, but this is one of the few boarding places where he hasn't come home with anxiety induced GI issues. We actually started going here prior to the rebranding and the quality is still top notch even if we are paying a little bit more. They provide frequent updates and also have a snazzy portal to book reservations easily. Highly recommend this place!"

"After taking our dog to another dog training/ boarding facility ( I will not name names), our pup was traumatized. After weeks of research, we finally found this diamond in the rough, and decided to introduce our pup. The staff were so patient and committed to helping him to recover. After two days and multiple hours, our pup was full of confidence and smiles. He's excited for his next visit and looking forward to playing with his new friends. A special thank you to the staff member who was there, step by step, giving our boy confidence and showing him so much love. We couldn't have done it without you. I would recommend this outstanding location, and staff, to anyone who loves and cares about their pups, as one of their family. It's a home away from home for our family."
