"It was easy for me to make an appointment for my dog's grooming by Chloe, a dog groomer who genuinely likes our dog, and who our Precious is comfortable with. We dropped Precious off at the appointed time, and told Chloe what we wanted. When Chloe finished grooming Precious, she sent me a text message, and we returned to Petco to pay for the service, and to pick Precious up. Chloe did everything that we requested perfectly, and Precious was happy and not stressed at all!"
