"This place, by far, is one of the worst dog grooming businesses in East Houston. The level of incompetence displayed by Arturo is mind-boggling. The place was recommended, took dog, requested that dog keep his ears & tail fur, with a teddy bear face. After dropping him off at 10am, by 4pm- still no call. A call was placed to check on status, they said he would be ready in 10mins. Upon arriving there to get him, he was skinned beyond recognition. Not only did they cut his tail, but they also cut his ears! When asked why didn’t they call to see if it were ok, they stated he was matter & did what was best for the dog & “it’s only hair & it will grow back.” Unprofessional & unethical! My dog, now will not eat & only mopes & shivers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! (The pics show his before & after)"
