"We have been coming here for over a year and a half to get our goldendoodle groomed. The staff keeps great records of how we like for her to look and what we like. Plus, they always do an excellent job! I do wish they were more transparent about the different packages they have available. We always order the same one by default. But if I knew what other packages they offered, I would be more inclined to bring her more frequently than her quarterly groom."

"I had a really disappointing experience at this dog boarding place. My dog went in happy and came back with visible marks on his face and a swollen, red eye. When I asked the manager about it, they brushed it off, suggesting another dog must have scratched him. To make matters worse, I paid for grooming on the last day of boarding, but when I picked him up, he smelled like urine, and his ears were dirty. It's clear they didn't take proper care of him. I would not recommend this place. The attached photos speak for themselves - the difference between the day of drop-off and the day of pick-up is shocking. Choose a different boarding facility for your furry friend's well-being."
