"A few months ago I’d adopted a Bichon Frisé had been a cruelty rescue. A few weeks Into our time together, her hair started to show her rescue hair cut. I jumped online and found PetSmart dog grooming. Made an appointment and went. The staff was very kind and friendly with both me and my dog. They took great care of her and returned her to me looking like a picture perfect Bichon Frisé. 2nd appointment was a duplicate and the 3rd, well…. They kept the name of the groomer and a new (to me) employee greeted us and acted as if it had been her the whole time. That’s my I my beef. Whether it’s a policy of PetSmart or a local décision, ignoring the elephant in the middle of the room doesn’t work. It’s time to groom my dog again and this time I’m searching for alternatives."
