"I don't know what the problem was but this was my second time bringing my puppy there,he was to get a bath and facial trim,along with nails grinded,well it took too long,then she told me his fur was matted,he's a puppy still has soft puppy hair,but she suggested getting his legs trimmed which would cost me an extra 10$ so I said sure ,when I picked him up at first didn't notice until I got him home,that she trimmed all up his back legs but only his paws on his front legs,needless to say he looked ridiculous as he walked off,I just think that was a horrible job for 60$ well I won't be doing that again, lesson learned."
