"We took our rescue Cocker Spaniel for her first haircut. By a stroke of good luck, we got Fern. She is a true artist. I've never seen my dog look so cute, with little Christmas themed bow in her hair. Adorable. And what a great cut. Penelope, our dog, was happy and calm and looked like a little cheerleader. We're going to ask for Fern from now on. What an outstanding and talented groomer she is. (Of course, by the time I took the photo, Penelope had managed to get windblown, but she's still cute.)"

"I made and appointment to take my pug for a bath. They mentioned it has to be an express bath (meaning that the dog cannot stay in a kennel because of short nose) the price was good for the service ($28 + tax) until I saw the bill had an additional fee of $15 dls for "express fee service", making the full amount of $45 dls! When I asked why were they charging me that, they said because of the dog's breed. When I made the appointment I was never notified of this extra fee, but MAKES ZERO SENSE that I have to pay extra because of the breed. Makes it feel/look that I'm getting penalized for the kind of dog I have! They said "well, it's because our time has to be dedicated only to him while we give him a bath". Uh duh! why would you be doing something else while you're supposed to be giving him a bad, isn't that what I'm paying for?! Unfortunately, I would not take my dog there ever again! It turned out to be ridiculously expensive! $45 dls for nothing special, just a regular bath with a shampoo that I'm even providing!"
"Honestly idk what the deal is with all these girls that work here. They hate their jobs and they take it out on you and your animal. They dont try to help or make things easy, and they don't have any customer service skills what so ever. Either new management needs to take over or get new staff... I'd make the longer drive to petsmart grooming on 99, they are so much nicer and helpful and caring..."
