"Breanna helped me today with picking up meds for our disabled son. She was rude and was angered when I informed her that they were billing the wrong insurance. I presented the correct insurance and she continues on by saying his Medicare part D is for people 65 and older. He is disabled I shared with her and her attitude soured even more. Needless to say, at the end of our transaction, she didn't greet us with niceties at all."
"Don't bother making an appointment for a booster shot through the app. They simply cancel your reservation the morning you are scheduled. Happened twice after making a reservation a week in advance."
