"Been coming here for years and my little fur baby ia always groomed to my liking. However, they are oftentimes closed when they should be opened with no notice and it very unprofessional. Unfortunately, this happens quite often."
"haven’t taken my dog here but I live in the neighborhood behind it and from what I have seen I never will. on ore than one occasion they have let dogs out to use the restroom OFF LEASH. they are next to a busy street for crying out loud. I was walking my dog coming up to Grant rd and all black lab looking dog was on the next street over just roaming around. I thought it was a stray until it eventually went to the back of the building where an employee let him in. I would be furious if that was my dog. Then as we were waiting at the light an employee came out with another white and brown dog that almost came up to us before she called him back and he did not listen the first few times she called him. Irresponsible. would not recommend. From the looks of the comments, their service doesn’t seem great either."
