"I wish I could give 0 stars. My first time contacting the establishment and I would NEVER do business with them. VERY VERY RUDE. Hung up in face in the middle of conversation. When I called back and asked why she hung up she said because she is busy and I was asking to many questions. If she was that busy she should’ve just not answered instead of being so rude."

"My dog was there 5 times and had great experience until they shaved him to close to the skin on his back side which irritated him for 1 week. I ask for Norma to speak with to mention the previous incident and be assured it would not occur again. Norma was nice however Rudy, decided to chime in very rudely with his bad attitude. He also stated the price was increased to 60.00 from 50.00. My dog is 26 lbs and considered small and mousie looking after his haircut. Rudy's rudeness turned me off as I told him I didn't like his attitude. In response he said he didn't like me, which is fine, but whatever happened to the old saying: customer is always right. I hope Norma teaches Rudy the customer relations aspect of not looking and being condescending, because it cost her my future business and probably others too. I will gladly pay more elsewhere and wish Norma the best as she corrects her staff appropriately."

"My dog Jia is always nervous when she goes places - the vet, dog park, etc. However, I notice at Norma’s she’s never scared which is a huge sign that they treat her right and make her feel comfortable. They always cut her nice too!"

"I've taken Joli here 2-3 times! Joli is always brought out to me happy, she never looks sad which leads me to believe they treat her well. We like to have her hair cut short. I noticed it was a little too long on her face today and they were kind enough to trim it more. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the perfume. It smells like old lady haha, appropriate for my senior dog. I would recommend! Great prices & people."
