"I brought my dog in for a full grooming. Even though the style of my dogs hair cut was not what I requested, I was grateful for his clean look. I asked that they keep the fur around his face and give the teddy bear look, my baby left there looking like a naked rat. (I didn’t complain but I did ask why his fur was cut so low, I was told because he was trying to lick the groomer a lot. Before I left I also asked for a receipt, I was told it would be emailed to me. Unfortunately, hours later I noticed my dog’s but was raw from bad razor burns up and down his butt and under his tail. I had to get cream for it. It’s all scabbed up now. Thankfully my dog is fine now, but he was very uncomfortable for days. To top it off it’s 6 days later, I never received my receipt, although I asked for it 3 times and it was promised that I would get it on those days I requested it. I can guaranteed that I will not be bringing my dog back to this place. I don’t understand the purpose of keeping a receipt from a paying customer."

"Honestly wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but now I'm at my last straw. Hated the fact that every time I took my pup here, I was told she was severely matted, basically because she is a doodle. Also add to the fact that my dog is less than 25 pounds but was always being charged the price of a large breed dog. The last straw came a few days ago when I took her to be groomed and was told her ears were very matted. Shaved her ears so close that she now has huge scars on both ears and she wouldn't stop shaking her head. Ended up taking her to the vet and they said her ears never should have been shaved so close. Now she looks like a miniature schnauzer. Sent owner a message as a courtesy to say get you damaged my puppy. Not even a response to say sorry or anything. Won't be taking her back here again."
