"I just picked up my pup, Ellie, from Dapper Dogs today and I wanted to share my experience! I was really impressed with the communication from the first phone call to schedule an appointment, to checking in, and picking her up today. I spoke with Henry, the owner, when I called to schedule an appointment and he was very friendly and professional. He took his time to answer all of my questions before I committed to an appointment. When I checked in, the team member was so sweet and knowledgeable. I had a few more questions about my second pup who has high anxiety and she explained that we could bring him in on a quiet day to do a behavior consult to let him feel out the room, the people, and some of the tools to see how he does before proceeding with an appointment. As promised, I received a text message when Ellie was about 15 min away from being ready. Upon pick up, Stacy, her groomer, was so sweet and she mentioned some personality traits that she picked up about Ellie and it showed that she was patient and took the time to understand her and help her feel comfortable versus “just getting the job done as fast as possible”. And Ellie looks absolutely so wonderful and feels so soft! Thank you all so much for taking such great care of Ellie! I look forward to scheduling a visit for my second pup soon!"
