Sears Appliance Repair

"Item not fixed. Still broken. Another repair was scheduled and confirmed in the morning. Then received a text day it was canceled. Then I was told a service man was on his way. No one showed up and I received a text that they came by and no one was home. I was there all day ...waiting. your service is the worst and most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. You lie to the customer. And don't fix issues. Impossible to talk to someone other than your call center out of the US who don't do anything. Horrible service. I will be reporting to the BBB."

"I wish I could give these people less than 1 star. I have been trying for weeks to get ahold of a person with their 1 800 number. It’s all automated and so in frustration I call the local number. They had a 25 min wait time. When someone answered she said system were down and call back in two hours! I was like I don’t need your systems I just need to talk to a person and see if I’m even in the right department. She kept repeating systems are down and she wouldn’t answer simple questions, like is this the right dept. I asked for her manager and she refused, saying systems are down!!!??? When do you need systems to talk to a manager? I just want a person to know who I am and call me back instead of hoping and praying I can talk to someone in 2 hours ( I very much doubt that). My fridge has been broken since November and we are forced to work with them through our warranty or I’d be gone. PLEASE find a better repair service. This has been a nightmare ***Just called another local sears. 70 min wait. I’m going to say this is probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had bc they have 0 customer service when you have no one to answer the phone"

"No communication for the entire day. The technician shows up at 3:58 PM of a window of 7 to 4 to install the parts in the refrigerator. The refrigerator has stopped working again. It won't cool down below 52° and the freezer is at a -8."

"Took 3 trips to fix the issue. The first technician was great. The next one was worthless. He wouldn't put the parts in. Suggested another problem that didn't exist. Caused a third visit. I tried to contact a human. It is impossible. If you have a choice, don't use Sears."

"My Sears repair man was wonderful It did take a little bit to get to that part though. I had to redial several times to get someone to schedule the appointment then a lady answered who accent I would not understand and she could not understand me. All she seemed to be interested in it selling me whole house insurance that I did not want. Anyway long story short Marvin fixed my frig and we are back in business again. Thank you Marvin! You were the best part of my experience :)"
