"My dog came back scared and acting weird. We dropped him off at 9:45AM. The place closes at 4pm. He wasn’t ready until 5pm. 7 hour wait for a haircut. While I was picking my dog up, I looked through the window and saw a white poodle be hooked up by his/her collar on the table 4-5ft off the ground. The dog jumped from the table and the lady watching him wasn’t paying attention and he hung there for a good few seconds. Just stating what I saw. You guys make your own conclusions."
"The groomers are talented and ask questions until they know exactly what you want. They always do a great job with my extra large dog, Jack and large dog, Brad. The dogs come out relaxed and beautiful and sweet smelling. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The shop is clean and welcoming. I find their prices very competitive and fair. This is the groomer I will always use!"
"The Spaw has always provided great service for my precious Lilly. She has a bad back and hips, and I've have no issue believing she's in the upmost care while being in The Spaw's care. I especially love her little bows she always comes back home with! Our groomer, Jackie, is always ready with advice for us on how to keep Lilly's coat looking better between grooms... Shows she truly does care about your pets needs! A diamond in the rough as a grooming shop for sure!"
