"I have been taking my bichon Doodle for a full service there, and so far, it's been a great experience. They take him right at the appointment time and text me when he is ready to be picked up."
"I took my goldendoodle to American Pup Culture for a "Gold" grooming. We've been here before and the haircuts were fine and it's very close to our house, but I'll not be back. First, while waiting for my dog at the front I witnessed an employee in the "play" area walking around yelling at and spraying dogs with water who barked. Not comforting. When my dog came out she looked cute, but as we drove home I noticed her front paw was matted. Looking closer it was actively bleeding all over the front seat and one of the nails had been cut down down past the vein. I called and the front desk was apologetic but said it was probably from me walking my dog - from your front door to my car?? I also emailed the management (the only form of communication) and never got a response. I would not take my dog back here, this is the worst experience and customer response. I would have appreciated a response, accountability, anything other than blaming me for their mistake."
"Great place. Friendly people. They are great with my dog. He's difficult when it comes to cutting his nails and he's getting about it with them. They am indoor play area and the animals are happy and having the best time. Staff really enjoy animals and it's apparent as soon as you walk in and they greet you and your pet."
"Did not do great with my dogs haircut. We paid $190 with tip for grooming, bath, deshed. A lot of spots were missed. I have a very fluffy dog AKA just needs to be trimmed in certain areas and those were missed."
"I was initially worried about taking my dog to the groomers due to her being very shy, but it was a great experience overall. Everyone working there was nice. I scheduled with the website and had no issues. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a groomer to try American Pup Culture. I will definitely use them in the future."
