"Not a fan of vets or vet assistants who are scared of animals. Yes my dog is a “pitbull” however she doesn’t bark. Isn’t aggressive. She’s 1. A playful hyper PUPPY. The young girl was terrified before she entered the room. SMH"

"I’ve been with Banfield for 10 years and I’ve had a terrible experience with the Fox Run location. I’ve followed up with the manager Jennifer Tobias and she was very unhelpful just like the rest of the staff. I took in my dog due to a cough, on the day of the visit he had a chest X-ray and respiratory panel swab. That week no one followed up with me in regard to results, I had to call and ask for the results, I was told the results to the swab were lost which is very unprofessional. I updated the manager Jennifer on the situation and she said she would follow up but she never did, I have yet to receive a callback from her. I want to be reimbursed for the swab since it was lost but apparently this location, including the manager do not care about customer service and our pets. Please avoid this location and save yourself time and money."

"Dropped off my pet early in the morning, I asked if they had notes on how bad he can get, they said yes. I asked them if it said they may need to sedate him they said yes. Place calls me at 2:30pm stating they couldn't do anything and I needed to come get him. He's a difficult cat and I know that but during schooling are they not trained on how to handle this? Cancelled our membership and will not be going back. Heard a woman on the way out with her pet say she would never be back there. Clearly there is a trend and a reason they only have two stars. Find a real vet office who can handle your pets."

"Started taking my dogs up there out of the way from a closer facility because they had more availability. Very knowledge and helpful staff. Being a dedicated facility is great because they're a lot bigger than others. They have more doctors and take more appointments. They typically allow for early drop off and later pick up which makes it very convenient. Thanks for your services!"

"I drove an hour this morning to bring my dog for a comprehensive exam and teeth cleaning. She hasn’t eaten all night and here I sit 30 min after my appointment is scheduled and the place is dark. They are supposed to open at 7AM when I pulled in at 7:20AM, no one was here. I’m still sitting here at 8:15 with no one in sight & my appointment was at 7:30AM. I did not get any notification that they would be closed today or that her appointment needed to be cancelled due to any circumstances. I’ll not be coming back to this pet hospital again."
