"I know that people in general tend to review places more when they have something negative to say, so I always try to write a review when something positive happens as well. I visited this CVS location this week and bought a few items. I have to comment on the cashier that took care of me. His name was Mark. He was so friendly and had such a positive, upbeat attitude. They're very lucky to have him! Our interaction was short, but he was very pleasant and I just wanted to write a quick review to let them know what a great job he's doing!"

"Normally there is a woman here who is always very helpful. Today was a rude man, Tahoor, who was very short with me anytime he interacted with me. He first told me my prescription was not in the system so then I showed him the text and he said okay let me check and wahlah there was a prescription Then I gave him a coupon info and he tried to overcharge me 46 dollars vs the coupon price for 17."
"don't bother going here for COVID testing. The 3rd party they use does not have their stuff together. Huge mess getting results back to you for your child. Entering information incorrectly. Not giving you any paperwork at time of test or anything. Super difficult to talk to ANYONE. Call the store, they cycle you through a bunch of automated responses and you have to sit through the WHOLE thing before you can choose an option. Finally had to call the store and tell the machine I wanted information about store stock, then ask for a STORE manager, who had to go to the minute clinic and ask them why they were just ignoring the phone calls. Spent 3 hours of my weekend just trying to get results. Recommend going to Walgreens for testing or anywhere else really. Was very simple there and they gave you documentation for each step of the process."
