"Very disappointed with our service at Carols. My dog Daisy came home bleeding from her paw and had a dried blood stain on her chest. I contacted her immediately after I got home and sent her pictures asking what had happened to Daisy. She never responded. I also had explained to her that my dog Caesar could not walk due to his bad legs/hips and she made him walk up and down her basement stairs rather than carry him. Both dogs came home shaking and very worked up from their grooming experience. Needless to say we won’t be back."
