"I had them come to my home in Conroe to fix my grandfather clock. They arrived around 7 pm (had to wait until the shop was closed). I was very satisfied with the service and learned a lot about my clock in the process. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who came out because he was a wealth of information. It was well worth the money paid. I will definitely keep them on speed dial!"

"They had my mom’s cuckoo clock for over 2 years! I kept getting conflicting reports from the constant turnover of their many employees…. I begged them to finish before she passed but that just didn’t happen. I was more nervous then that they’d close up and I’d never get it back. They finally called and said it’s ready, this was the second time they said this only for me to take it back and say nope it was still not working! I’ve spent over $400.with them and it only works a little bit. It’s a real shame because a cute shop but their repair guy only comes a few times per month! Just know before you go!"
