"Our dog, Aspen seemed very happy at The Pet's Home. It was nice to get daily updates on how he was doing and interacting with other dogs. I wish I was shown the facility (home) to see his accommodations. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. The staff was super friendly."
"I have nothing but great things to say about a Pet's Home in Oswego! The staff was so sweet and welcoming, my puppy was as happy as can be at pickup, and then was out cold when we got home! I had to wake her up to eat dinner! Loved it and so did my puppy, we both look forward to her next day at daycare. :)"
"It can’t be better than this. Period. We have boarded our dogs at the same animal hospital for many years and just decided that maybe it was time for a change. We found Laura and The Pets Home through Facebook and went over to visit her facility a few weeks ago and we’re instantly blown away by how much like a home this is compared to where we were boarding our dogs. It is very clear that she and her staff are super committed to the dogs that stay there and honestly I have not felt better about any place we’ve ever left our dogs in care of before. You have to go check out this place even though it’s a business it’s a lot like a home and the dogs are really safe and they have cool activities and lots of space to play and Rome and be inside and outside. It’s really impressive. We finally brought one of our dogs there for the first time today for a daycare session and it was just fantastic because Laura is a great communicator and she texted us photos. She called us to let us know how things were going I mean that level of service is pretty much unheard of in most boarding facilities. We are very happy that we found her and her facility and we are immediately booking all of our immediate needs for spring break and daycare and boarding."
"My dog absolutely loves it there and gets so excited to see the staff. I get updates while he is there and know he is well taken care of. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The best part is my dog doesn’t stink when he comes home like he did at other places. 10-10 recommend his place for boarding, they are simply the best!"
