"I first went to the coach store in the area looking for a watch (got great customer service there). They didn't have what i was looking for, so they suggested i try the movado store since they make the coach watches. I found one i liked, but the worker that helped me said, "please dont run away with it." I was highly offended and took it as racist. However, i chose not to make a scene in the store. Do better!!!!"

"I bought a watch there about a year ago and was hesitant on doing this but here it goes. The watch I received was ultimately fake z3they had a display watch that I liked and they informed me it was the last one so they gave me the display watch. Well mind you I have multiple Movado watches so when I brought it home the weight was off plus the leather on the band was different. I should've tried to return it but I figured maybe I was thinking wrong but now that I just came in contact with this site I figured might as well say something. Now that I think of it they didn't even give me a box like usual, I was such in a rush I didn't question that. Probably wore it 2 or 3 times total. Just be careful."

"Very disappointed in the Movado Company Store Cypress, TX. I purchased a very nice Movado watch from this location approx a yr ago, The representative was very polite and helpful. A year later a small piece inside watch dislodged. This piece effects appearance like a cheap watch and watch time. I took the watch back for repair today. The representative, who was dismissive, advised Movado Company Store (Cypress) did not do repairs any longer, but advised I could take watch to a contractor who would conduct the repair for free. The contractor is 26 miles away in the Galleria area. This is ridiculous customer service. I will not purchase from this store again."
