"Yesterday when shopping here there was a nicely dressed Mexican that was so nice and helpful in questioned I had about the deal they were having that day and offers. It was refreshing to have someone be so patient in answering question I had. I had a wonderful time here I would come again."

When trying to reason with the staff we were made to feel stupid and wrong for being concerned with how much we paid. Please check your receipts and double check that you paid what the advertised price was vs what the system rings up at cashier."

"There was a guy with curly hair, store was mot even close to closing time and he literally forced me to stop looking for jeans from the section he was working in and told me mam pls leave this area as I am about to close this area, extremely rude and said I will give you one minute find your size and leave this area. I was taken aback, he was a freaking salesman and he told me this and I felt so bad that I left the store right away. Wao I don’t get such experiences so often but definitely not walking to that store again. I will better go to levis or other places where at least salesman knows their job and behaves well. Lol you gotta address this issue"

"Worst shopping experience ever. The fitting rooms were still closed due to COVID. We commented on how the other stores had opened their fitting rooms and were overheard by the sales girls. The sales girls were so rude and unprofessional. The line was long to checkout with one register open. The other sales girl was behind the counter on her cell phone. As we approached the counter, the sales girl refused to check us out. She came out and said”I’m not waiting on you.” This is her JOB, to wait on the customers. We were skipped in line. She went on to the next person. We were told NOT to complain or go over their heads about the service. Security tags were left on so we set off the alarm on the way out. They had some cute things, but I won’t set foot in a store like that again!"

"There was a girl (if you wanna call her a girl) that works there and she was SO rude (and gross). She completely ignored me when I asked her to unlock the fitting room.. Like, seriously? that's HER JOB! She seemed like she did NOT want to be there. Honey, go find a pole. I will NEVER shop there again! Thanks to the "girl" BRITTANY!"
