"Walk into their store during back to school or thanks giving. Their sale section is a great place to buy stuff at a great price that u can use forever. Just be sure to check and try out as they don’t take returns on sale. (Mostly ). Do try their store and u will love it"

"Great quality at sale prices. The store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sarah helped me yesterday. She was great! Very happy with my new outfits!"

"Quality is poor. It seems most of their stuff is “made for outlet” quality vs 2nd chance from their regular stores, which are awesome. The staff is despicable. Came in on 10/30/22, not greeted by a single person. The lady at the dressing room was just rude, no hi/hello just a curt “you need a dressing room” I felt uncomfortable in this store, walked in and walked out."

"I visited the store recently, and 1 one lady was very nice and took care us,but Patricia was very rude when we asked about a jacket. I felt uncomfortable and the way she talk and looked at us, but Patricia's attitude changed when another coworker came in and started acting overly nice to her. In the end she only acted nice to me when she saw that I had an account with the store and she definitely needs to be re-trained on how to treat customers."

"Wish we could rate it a 0. I always do my purchase on line, but like we where visiting the area decided to stop at the store. Biggest mistake I could of had done. Since I walked in no one even greeted me, but everyone else was. I was going through the clothes and one of the ladies there bringing clothing from the back walked in front of me making me move to hang the clothes she had. She didn't even acknowledge me no excuse me no sorry it was as if I wasn't even there! Second lady comes from the back questioning the other why she never returned, she looks at me and says, " oh, now I see"!...... I wasn't dress classy, I was comfortable simple jeans and shirt. Sad to know they don't have manners, nor have learn the most important lesson in their life, never judge a book by its cover. Even if the person doesn't have the money to buy what they sell they should be treated with respect. I personally, hate to brag about anything my position, my family money. I have a high paying position with the Gov't but hate to be treated different so I dress the simples I can when am not working. I used to like going but with the experience I just had I will avoid any of their stores. Sad to see how companies so big lack the training skills to educate their employees to be rude to any customer who walks in."
