"Very unprofessional. I called about a snake chain 2 weeks ago. Owner said he would be calling around for other prices as they don't make them in house and it had to be ordered. Owner never returned my call. No big deal, so i followed up today. Called him back about the same necklace today. Now the same measurements for the same necklace is more than 2x the price. Owner was very ugly and loud with me. I had to ask him to lower his voice and not be ugly as i was not treating him that way. I had conducted buisness with them in the past and was happy, but this time he was very ugly. Will never be doing buisness with them again."
