"Collection was not that great when I visited in December 2021. They sold us an earring with gift receipt so that we can exchange within 14 days . Next day I went to exchange the earring and the lady there told me that ratings are final sale and can’t be exchanged and sent me back . I came out was reading through the receipt and no where anything was mentioned in the receipt . I went back and demanded her on why the gift receipt was given on the purchase then . She then said she will help me exchange but I have to come next day as she is not authorized to do that . How outrageous!!!! I had to fly next day early morning so I couldn’t exchange the earring. Seems like they are trying to get rid off their stocks by any means during Christmas holidays ."

"Just want to say a great big THANK YOU to Ty... I went in store yesterday looking for a bee. The only bee available was a bee necklace, which I loved, but what I was looking for was a special gift for someone. I looked around the store and was so happy to find a Honey Bear... with a honey pot and a bee on his hand. I love it so much. When I explained the reason for the gift to Ty, he shared in my excitement, boxed my bear up and wished me the best of luck on what's ahead for me. People like Ty are the reason why people return to stores... for the best in customer service! You have an exceptional member on the team Swarovski!"
