"My wife & I (LGBT couple) went here to pick up a gift for my MIL this afternoon & had a very terrible experience. The young lady was already helping a customer (which was the only customer) and said nothing to us when we entered the area to look at the charms, so we decided to patiently wait. A group of three men came & we just all sat around patiently waiting without being greeted. An older lady came over from the sunglass place next to James Avery to assist the younger lady, and she told the lady coming to assist that the group of men were waiting first (which was incorrect & she would have known had she acknowledged us), but we still decided to wait. Once the young lady was done helping the customer she had when we arrived, she went over to check out the lady at the register at the sunglass place and the older lady from the sunglass place checked out the gentlemen at the James Avery register, and still, we patiently waited. Once the younger lady was done, instead of helping us, she helped the new customers that had just entered the sunglass place & were just browsing. Once the older lady was finally done helping the gentlemen, she asked us if we needed help as she looked my masculine presenting wife up & down. We said we had seen the charm was available online but it wasn’t in the display & she condescendingly said “if you don’t see it in the display, then we don’t have it.” We said, but it was available at this location online (which was why we drove all the way to this particular location), and she repeated the same thing in the same condescending tone, then stated but she could look in the book. We decided to go elsewhere."
