"They are a scam I brought in 4 new pieces of jewelry for a re-seizing they came back with gaps in the band, welding marks, and a deformed side I told them that it was unacceptable and asked them to redo it they argued with me for 30 minutes and end up agreeing i left the store and didn't hear from them for a month so I went back in person they told me they sent me a text that it was done they didn't and I showed the manager the proof he didn't seem to care he continued to bring out my rings that looks the same then continued to insult me for buying "cheap rings" which where not I demanded a refund and he refused to he said that he didn't care and I could either take the Rings or not my choice And they came back scratched"
"I went in to get a watch battery replaced for a watch with a press on back that I couldn't take off myself. Charged me $20 to replace it in 10 minutes, which I think is a bit high, but at least they could do it. I get the watch back and leave. Once I get home, I take the watch off and notice that the back of it is not pressed on properly and the seal that it has is cut in half. After a slight press on the watch back it pops off, so I had to put it back on myself properly at home. Not worth the $20 to replace a watch battery since the watch wasn't even put back together properly or in the same state it was given in. I'm not going back there, and I do not recommend anyone to go there for a watch battery replacement. The kits to replace watch batteries yourself cost $20-30 and you can likely do the same or a better quality of job."
"I’m so in love with my new sapphire diamond wedding ring. I worked with Kanis I believe was her name at the Arlington Texas Parks mall location. If you are looking for something special PLEASE GO IN AND ASK FOR HER‼️‼️ she made the process SOOO ENJOYABLE. She was so kind and gave us an AMAZING DEAL. Don’t walk RUN to her now"
