New Braunfels Pool & Spa Company

"I hired NB pool a year ago. At some point in the summer maybe, I get an email saying they are no longer my pool cleaning provider and this guy will be taking over. They didn't ask me if that was okay, they didn't call me to see if I had any questions or if I even wanted to be sold to some brand new company just starting out. I had asked for a quote several times to put the new filters in, never got an answer. The guy is always rescheduling. Always has a broke down truck, always has something going on that he needs to be rescheduled. And although you are no longer my provider, this still falls on you. I finally hired someone else. And the new guy came and said, yal know your gage for your filter is broken and it's been broken for along time. No one from NB or this new guy has ever said anything to me about that gage. Next time you decide to sell your customers to someone else, why don't you make sure they are vetted and knowledgeable and not just starting out. And the prices!!!!! $280 a month. When I wad looking for new service. I found every single one of them to be atleast $100 cheaper a month. Ridiculous. I should of done my research to begin with. I would of left this along time ago, but I just found out that yall didn't just stop cleaning pools. You just sold me to another company. But maybe you sold everyone to this guy, who knows. Do better."

"Shawn did a great service for me. He replace a hot tub diverter and cover. He recommended the cover dude that provided s as. Excellent product and he installed it perfectly. Shawn finished earlier the expected and offered to dispose of my old cover instead of refucing my invoice by an hour. Shawn represents your company very professionally."
