"Tried purchasing eight items. Three of them, once we got to the register, were priced incorrectly. Took 10 minutes to get the problem solved, and the problem solved only in the sense that “they were sorry they miss marked it. Also I know my dogs measurements exactly, purchased a Halloween outfit for the measurements listed and it was at least two sizes short and they won’t return it. And of course the ball, just after one day You can see the big hole in it and of course that’s not returnable either"
