"The grooming department has become a joke. This marks the third attempt to get my dog groomed like usual here. First time someone had an emergency so they couldn’t see here. Which we understand. Second time they did see her but did not do the services we had booked making it pointless as that was the reason we booked it. Now today. They took her back and called us back saying they can’t see her and only if we had the express pass for her could they do it today. Which has never been offered to us before. Even though we had a set appointment and she was dropped off at that time."

"We just moved into the area and it was a lot of change of scenery for my pet daughter Lacchimi. She went very anxious during her grooming and she hurt nail and paw pad. PetSmart was extremely prompt in tending to her injuries and taking her to an animal hospital. They took complete care and went out of the way to help Lacchimi. My humble thanks to the store manager Jamie and our groomer Mikayla. Thank you guys!"
"Took my cat for grooming. He had some light matting in a few spots which I confirmed was something the groomer can take care of when I booked the appointment. I was told by two separate people that it would be taken care of. I dropped my cat off for the appointment and almost an hour later when I peeked in the window, I was waved to come inside. Groomer tells me that she only cut his nails and didn't do the bath, sanitary trim, brush out, etc that was part of the grooming. She said his matting was too close to the skin and a vet should do the grooming instead of a groomer. I wasted half the day calling vets to find someone who could help. Finally, one of them called back and advised that I try a different groomer instead. I took him to another groomer who was clearly a professional (unlike the petsmart groomer) and he groomed my cat without any issues. Petsmart not only wasted my time, they almost had me waste $225+ getting him groomed by a vet! Ridiculous!"
