"Century group inc. And autumn ridge apartments are absolutely total scum . Do not rent to ever you regret it trust me. They are just greedy ,money hungry pos. They don't give a damn about their tenants. Been there five years ,rent always on time and they decided to not to renew lease without any information on why. ..the building 190 Stillbrook estates. Is now very unsafe, foundation is crumbling away ,building is shifting ,mold and stress cracks ,sinkholes about ready to form parking lot. Parking lot is horrible shape. I can add pictures to prove this."

"Do not rent from them. Mackenzie Place is a horribly maintained complex. In fact, they don’t maintain it at all. The roads/parking is crumbling. There’s a pool that hasn’t been operational in years. There’s a basketball court that has weeds coming through the pavement that are taller than a toddler. dumpsters overflow frequently. If you want something to get fixed by maintenance, good luck. You might have to call 10 times. And then they tell you they fixed it, meanwhile they haven’t fixed anything at all and you’ll be calling them back in no time. Not sure what you have to do to get a call back from the secretary. They don’t return any phone calls. That’s the kind of treatment I received as a result of me always paying my rent and bills early or on time. I guess I deserved it"

"It just seems like they don’t care about this apartment complex. The swimming pool has been open one time in 4 years the yard has big holes and drop offs raised concrete on their walks it’s cheaper rent than some of the other apartments around here. I guess that’s why are you get the shaft?"

"Do not lease from this company! I’ve used them for a handful of years, just for them to leave me high and dry. They do not care about the quality of living for their tenants, and they cut corners however they can. My apartment has flooded three times in the last year, I have black mold growing in the bathroom, as well as water leaking from the ceiling. I was told someone would come later that day to look, and not a soul in sight. They recently put locks on the front doors to help deter disturbances, but these locks keep getting jammed and fail. They’re on the 5th door knob (at least) and we keep getting locked out of our building! These apartments are supposed to be non-smoking, yet people continue to smoke inside and the odor seeps into my unit. Please don’t bother giving them your hard earned money!!!! UPDATE: their solution to fixing the mold was spray painting over everything as if it’s not there. Nothing but the best at Autumn Ridge."

"Leasing Manager Stacy has been absolutely wonderful! We moved from out of state on relatively short notice and she did everything in her power to make the move more comfortable for us! Since moving in, everything we have brought up with Stacy and regarding maintenance or any other issue has been worked on and resolved if at all possible(so far, everything has been resolved in great time) When bringing typical apartment issues to her, she seems to do all she can to resolve any issues and truly works to make tenets feel comfortable in these apartments! Very satisfied and happy living here. Easily the best leasing manager we have ever worked with!"
