"I've seen some bad reviews about the manager and the condition about the complex. For me, it is a very peaceful apartment complex, almost boring. But, Debbie the manager has always been pleasant to me and respected me and I give her the same respect. The maintenance person (Doug) is always on top of things and very helpful. The neighbors are very cordial and I have no complaints. This is a very nice and quiet apartment complex. All you have to have is respect and you will receive the same in return. The old fashioned way."

"This place is so unprofessional. The ceiling in the living room fell in and it had black mold thrown all over the place! The roof should have been replaced years ago. They keep adding bandaids to the ceiling leaks. My poor mother was going through chemo at the time. They claimed the roof could not be replaced due to rainy cold weather conditions. My mom was finally able to relocate to a much nicer place. This management should be thankful that the Jeff County Health Department wasn’t contacted! Avoid this dumpy place!"

"Dishonest management. Twice now ive had false documents from them. One invoving tthe wrong amour I paid for a pet deposit and the second one because of false claims of people living with me and saying that I had the police called on me when I haven't. They are up to something shady and I am making a report to the better business Bureau and the irs. Stay away from here the manager debbie will harass you and the apartments arent worth half of what they charge. They leak and half of the lights and fans dont work even if you tell them they wont get it fixed"

"There have only been a couple issues with our apartment as a whole, but nothing that can’t be corrected. I really like our neighbors and landlords. Everyone we have met seems nice. It’s affordable and pet friendly, too. If you are like me (your furbabies must be able to go with you) and looking for a place that accepts pets, check them out!"

"Made an appointment to look at the place and the lady got confused on who we were and had us give them the application fee and deposit on an apartment. She realized at some point that we were not who she thought we were and took our application fee and deposit anyway, knowing we we not going to be "accepted". When they finally called to tell us we were not, they gave us a written check refund of our cash deposit. Turns out they never even ran a background check. So I assume they just pocketed the 35, thinking we were an easy target. So glad this happened now, because I would never want to live in a place like this or deal with landlords like that."
