"We stayed here just for one night and were witness of some real excellence in customer care. Front desk staff Ashley was extremely kind in ensuring that our room was well equipped with a playpen for our toddler. In the morning it was amazing to see Patrick ensuring that minutest of details in ensuring a smooth breakfast for all guests. People who work here are the real strength, a smile on their face shows they love what they do. Totally worth our trust on them!"

"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We had such a nice stay, actually adding an evening. The staff we encountered, Patrick and Ebonee, were so friendly and helpful. Patrick even gave us tips on places to bike and hike. The room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. The location was quiet and convenient. All this at a reasonable price point!"

"This was the best experience I've ever had at a hotel. My room was clean and nicely furnished. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. However, the best part was the staff. Ashley and Patrick were so kind, attentive and helpful. I had asked for a room near an exit because I sometimes have a bit of difficulty with mobility. My room was the first one! I was close to the lobby and an exit with parking just outside the door. Every request was met and handled with a smile. Ashley and Patrick and the housekeeping staff deserve all the credit for making this the most enjoyable experience. They were very complimentary of each other. When you have staff that speaks so well of each other, you've got a winning team. With these two in charge, this business is guaranteed success. Thank you for an extraordinary experience! "The staff was amazing at night and in the morning!!!! Ebonie was the absolute best. We’ll definitely be coming back here next time we come to St. Louis. Yes the hotel is not brand new but it is not run down or have any funky odors, it was very clean and well taken care of. If you’re looking for very affordable and a great experience this is the hotel for you."

"Very nice place to stay. Rooms were very clean. It looks like the workers take pride in cleaning the rooms and the grounds around the hotel. The pool was very nice who would have though we could still use the pool on Sep 30. The staff was very friendly as well. The only downside was the hot water didn't stay very hot while in the shower. Every once in a while it would get cold. This was a great hotel for the price and we will definitely stay here again."
