"I dropped by to have a watch battery replaced. The replacement took maybe 15 minutes and during that time I had the opportunity to observe the level of service being offered to each person who came in. I was VERY impressed with the level of professional service and my watch was working again at what I considered to be a very reasonable price. I'll will be returning every time I need help with jewelry or my watches."

We had him take out diamonds in an older ring that was handed down to me to make our bands. He helped build exactly what my fiancé wanted. "Highly recommend! I just stepped in to have my watch battery changed - a watch that was not purchased at their store. The friendly staff person asked if I could leave it, which really wasn't an option for me since I don't live in Lubbock and wouldn't be returning for another week. After hearing this, they agreed to fit it in and fix it while I waited. I greatly appreciated this kindness-especially since Christmas is two weeks away and they are obviously super busy! I didn't have to wait long. Great customer service!"

"Six stars!! After 28 years, my wife lost her wedding ring that Keith custom designed for us all those many years ago. She was heart-broken as the ring was perfect and had received hundreds of compliments over the years. Keith worked with us over the course of the last few months to re-create her ring.
