Eve was extremely professional at the first meeting, she had a folder for us with all her documentation (insurance, qualifications, referrals, testimonials, etc.). She is so personable. But the most important thing, she is an animal lover and that shines through - and animals love her. She is so reliable. She will send photos of each visit, she spends time with our pets making sure they are well loved while mommy and daddy are away.
