"We fostered an amazing pit bull dog for almost 6 months during the pandemic, and she completely changed my opinion of this breed of dogs. She was a lovable companion dog and we enjoyed her company. When we took her for walks she tended to pull and “take us” for walks, especially when she spotted a squirrel or other interesting animal and her strength was more than we imagined. Travis was recommended to us and I believe he is truly “a dog whisperer”. The minute he walked up to our house you could tell he was communicating with our dog. He walked up to her, slipped a leash over her neck and started walking. He had her complete attention as though they were old friends. He continued walking passing squirrels, cats, other dogs and walkers. He helped us learn how to get her attention and let her know what we expected of her. Travis has since helped several families in our neighborhood with dogs in need of loving rehabilitation. His training is firm but loving - and the dogs respond with respect and love for him. We highly recommended him!"

"Travis is a tremendous trainer and is well versed in the language of dog. Most importantly he knows how to convey that to the owners so they continue with the training at home. Because of him I know feel safe in my ability to control Rocky, who is a 65 lbs Stanfordshire terrier. I have recommended his service to several friends. Thanks again for a great job Travis"

"I saved this dogs life when he was found malnourished and deathly ill on the streets. But it was Travis that treated his behavioral issues and kept him from being euthanized which was what most people suggested I do when he developed biting habits to protect the home and people that saved him. Travis would not give up on him and with time, patience and a keen understanding of dog psychology became the only one who could approach him - and eventually led him to full recovery, able to be with all people in and out of the home. And if that is not a happy enough ending - Travis ended up adopting him. He will forever be our hero!"

"I highly recommend working with Travis. He is very knowledgeable about dogs' body language and their needs. He helped my dog Hector overcome his reactivity towards strangers and he taught me how to walk him (Hector was a mega-puller). Travis also helped me with this stray dog I fostered. She was so afraid of people but thanks to Travis, she learnt to trust me and eventually I adopted her. She’s now a happy-go-lucky girl thanks to Travis. One of Travis' outstanding qualities is that he is a man of his word. I can trust him because he is honest and consistent with what he does and says. He is respectful and knows how to set dog parents and their babies up to succeed. I am thankful for the coaching my dogs and I received from him."

"Travis has amazing skills in getting to the heart of ‘problem dogs’ and literally saving their lives. I have seen him work with shelter dogs when there was no hope left, transforming them into adoptable companions by re-shaping their experience with humans. That must be his gift, because ordinary people just can’t get there. My hope is to spread the word so that more dogs find their forever homes just like the three surrounding me right now."
