"TMI has been great to work with. We bought a home warranty through them and after a month we had many problems with our HVAC. After trying to find the problem, the technician determined it would be best to replace the furnace. While the installers were here they found more issues. Warranty covered a majority of the entire repair. Since we decided to upgrade we ended up paying a lot out of pocket but it was the best choice in the long run. Woody was very informative and gave us all the options for the best repair to be performed. Installers were friendly and knew what they were doing. The repair man that came out before was the same. "TMI technician, Brandon, came to my home to fix my dishwasher. We were willing for him to order a part, but when he found out that the dishwasher line was connected to the kitchen sink and that we would be without kitchen water waiting for the part to arrive, Brandon called around the QC area to find the part, got in his van, drove to buy the part and came back to fix the dishwasher the same day. This was literally going "the extra mile." We appreciated this very much. It is absolutely worth having TMI Home Warranty! We have always been pleased with every technician, their expediency, and the quality of their repairs. Thank you!"
