"My wife and I had Antwony as our insurance agent for 2 years. He is a very nice and personable guy, and we love farmers' insurance. However, the customer service and we received from him in the last 2 years has been terrible. He would take far too long to respond to emails and phone calls. Every time we had a problem with our policy or changes we wanted to make it took at least 3 phone calls to remind him for it to be done. I'm not sure if it was just us or if others have had the same issues. The final straw was this fall when we wanted to adjust our policies before they renewed at the end of November. We made an appointment to come in and have a consultation about what we'd like to change and about adding life insurance to our policies. The appointment was in early October. When we arrived, he was surprised and must've forgotten he had an appointment. We had to remind him who we were and what we were there to do. After an hour consultation, he told us we would have the changes and life insurance quote emailed to us the following week. After 3 weeks of waiting and 3 separate phone calls to his office to remind him of this, we never received an email. We have since changed agents and have gotten problems fixed the same day. Antwony is a great salesman who needs to work on his customer service."
