"Vets are very knowledgeable and my cat recovered from his UTI upon antibiotic care. However, I was rubbed the wrong way when both visits I was charged for "physical examination" of my cat when they never once touched him. They seemed hesitant to even get close to him both times. If you go here, stay aware of what they're charging you."

"In July 2017 we paid for board for our dog and cat while our family was on vacation. They were left with the clear instructions that my cat was to be fed 2 cans of wet food per day and that he needs brushing. When we picked our animals up my cat was so skinny you could feel his ribs, his fur was matted, and he smelled like his own urine. (This is a very clean cat who has never had accidents.) They gave us back half the cans we originally sent him with and we found out they had only been feeding him one per day. They quite literally admitted to starving my cat who they knew had health issues. He's been seeing a new vet since I've moved and has since been doing so much better."
