"The Sparta Post Master has aways been helpful and Teresa is very friendly and always helpful. Other worker will answer my question and check to see if I have a package but she has a different personality. She gets the job done. I personally don't like to address a person that act like they don't want to be bothered. The Post Office provides great service."

"I love the people at this post office. I've been taking my daily packages there for almost 3 months now. If I'm not going in my husband is. Very friendly! Very helpful. When I first started coming they were a little quiet, but polite and professional. However it didn't take long to win them over ! Now when I go in we chat and laugh while they're scanning in all my drop offs. I think they deserve 5 stars."

"I have never been treated worse in a post office in my life. In the eight months since my son moved to this little Southern Illinois town of Sparta, I actually had never met a person I didn't like. Some of the most friendly people I've seen and I am from another small rural town in a different state. Went to the Sparta post office twice in one day back in August 2016. Superb service by one lady on my morning visit when mailing a package. Treated like a sheep killing dog on my next visit by a different woman when I had to mail something else that evening. I've not seen anything like it. I actually THANKED all of the staff at my local post office near my home in my state for their kindness when I went in there the next time not realizing how nasty a postal person could actually be. She is the ONE person in the entire town of Sparta that I can say that I don't like."

"There is one staff member who is very polite and pleasant and another that likes to roll her eyes and cut people off and treat them like they are annoying her. Every time I go in there I hope I get the nice lady!"
