"This bus company is extremely disorganized! This company makes their own rules and don't care for the interest of kids living on the east end of town in Sparta, Il. The owner says he is doing us parents a favor by letting our children ride his bus. He also told me if it wasn't for his father giving a favor to a parent with five kids living on this side of town that the bus would not be a option of service to our children. The owner has continuly lied to me about the rules of this bus company. The owner also has little recognition of disabled children riding the bus and does not give them the proper service needed. The bus is usually overcrowded and un safe for the kids on this side of town to ride. The owner shared that we are not entitled to this service in the first place so we should take what we get This is wrong and obserd. Personally, my children road the bus for a period of 5 months approx but we're told they live too close to the school, which every child on this side of town does. I dug further into their complaint to find out the neighbors children, on the same street as my family, still rides the bus. The owner then tried to justify this by lying. This company is making their own rules which changes at their own discretion with no consideration for this particular community. The owner talked to me as if I owed him appreciation for his sloopy professionalism."
